Alpha Zeta
Currently, our chapter has 8 members spread out across the Twin Cities surrounding suburbs, but we are never too far to get together! Our chapter meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each month at an area restaurant or members home. Each year some members travel to Memphis, TN to participate in the St Jude Memphis Marathon, as St Jude is the International Philanthropic charity which ESA supports. We also participate in various St Jude fundraisers throughout the year to raise funds and awareness for St Jude in hopes that we can one day put an end to childhood cancer. Our philanthropic efforts stretch across the state and local levels as well. Some charities we have supported, through volunteering and/or financial support include: Nationally: *St Jude Children’s Research Hospital * ALS Foundation *Alzheimer’s Assoc. * Easter Seals *National Kidney Foundation *Wreaths Across America State and Local: *Alexandra House *Bundles of Love *Caring for Cats *Hope 4 Youth *Crescent Cove *Paw Pads Some members are very crafty and we support our fundraising by attending craft shows where we sell hand-made, draw strings bags to be used for gifting or carrying your own items. We sell designs for everyone and every taste, and they are just too cute! We really have a lot of fun and we have met so many wonderful people along the way.
